Complaint Form
In case you are not satisfied with our services as an insurance intermediary, you can submit a complaint by clicking here.

We provide answers while you navigate the insurance claim process, including filing complaints with the insurance company. If you`re dissatisfied with a claim or any other service provided by your insurance company, which isn`t exclusively related to us, we`re here to help you lodge a complaint directly to the insurance company.
No later than 15 working days after the submission of the complaint to give us enough time to thoroughly assess the case. In case we need more time, we shall inform you in advance.
You may contact us and explain your reasons for disagreement. You have the right to submit a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman (www.financialombudsman.gov.cy) or take legal action against us.
